About the Committee

The Admissions committee reviews the entirety of a candidate’s application package and completes expedited assessments. The full committee meets as needed to review applicants potentially eligible for Fellow status, as well applicants whose status is questionable. The Admissions committee coordinates with the Membership committee regarding associate membership and promotion application.

Goals

  1. Work with staff at Firstpoint to improve record keeping and communications with applicants
  2. Develop proposals on how the College might handle eligibility of applicants who earn their degrees through on-line programs offered by for-profit universities and traditional schools of public health.
