Group Admission ProceduresAny program supervisor and/or department chair supervising trainees in epidemiology may opt to register multiple individuals at the same time. There is a $25 fee for each individual. Please use this excel spreadsheet to list the individuals to be admitted. Our Admission Committee will perform an expedited review the information submitted through the group registration form. Newly approved Associate Members will receive an email with details on setting up their membership profile and benefits of membership; including opting to purchase a journal subscription.
