ACE POSTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. Multiple submissions by the same author(s) will be permitted.


  2. Only original abstracts will be accepted. Abstracts previously accepted and published by other societies are not eligible for submission. Abstract content must be previously unpublished material. Results from a manuscript that has been submitted for publication and is currently under review are acceptable.


  3. To avoid submission of abstracts to multiple societies with similar submission deadlines (and subsequent withdrawals), the ACE submission deadline is April 1, closer to the ACE Annual Meeting. The ACE Publications Committee is responsible for coordinating the poster submissions and Annals publishing deadlines.


  4. Abstracts on topics in any area of epidemiology are eligible, not just on those topics related to the theme of the meeting.


  5. Submitters whose abstracts have been accepted will be expected to attend the meeting and present their posters. A registration confirmation must be received four weeks prior to the meeting date in order for the abstract to be included in the program.
